Valparaiso, Ind., Dec. 24—Marshal Sargeant is in receipt of a letter from Perrysville, Ind., in which inquiry is made as to John M. Dickerson, who mysteriously disappeared last spring. It now transpires that Dickerson, who went under the assumed name of J. C. Morgan, was killed in a railroad accident near Wanatah last summer. Dickerson was the support of an aged mother, who has been unceasing in her efforts to find her boy, and at last her vigilance is rewarded by the sad intelligence that her only son lies buried in an unmarked grave. - kbz
